Who, or what will we be?
Drone Dancing is an exhibition series inspiring visions for a creative life 29 years from now.
Taking power over your future starts with your ability to envision it. Drone Dancing exhibitions invites you to envision a better future through art. You can do this simply by visiting. Or better, become a participant or co-curator of the exhibition yourself.

Taking control over your future starts with your ability to envision it.
You can choose to wait and see. Or, you can take the chance to actively contribute to the world YOU want to live in 2047.
Your background does not matter. Literally everybody with a vision for the future may participate and get the work exhibited as a part of the international display at Färgfabriken. There is also a budget available for your project.
We hereby invite you to co-create a better future through art.
Drone Dancing is a tech art exhibition about life in 2047

Technology is fundamentally changing who we are.
And its speed of change is accelerating exponentially. This, we cannot change.
What we can affect, is the direction of change.

Will you know the difference
between art created by a robot, and art created by humans?
If all the other kids are bioengineered
to optimise for intelligence, health and beauty, would you also give your kids those advantages? What if you didnt want to, or couldn't afford it - how would your kids be treated by the others?
After you have sex with a robot,
will you ever have sex with a human again?
What happens to religion
when humans, powered by technology, gain the properties of gods?
When you can get anything you want in virtual reality
why would you ever leave?
If we had the technology to live forever,
would it only be available for the rich, or would it become a basic human right?
When robots have an IQ 100x yours
what will your job be?
Will technology bring the solutions to all our problems, or be our worst nightmare? Well, you can choose to sit back, wait and see. Or, you can take advantage of the exhilarating opportunity to co-create the future YOU want to live in. As long as it is humans who create technology, we should get to work and define the direction.
If you could fundamentally change humankind...
What would you do?
